We are looking for process and/or mill trainers to support a mine site in northern Saskatchewan. The work rotation will be 2 weeks in, 2 weeks out flying out of Saskatoon Saskatchewan on an initial 1-year term. Preference will be given to local candidates; out of town applicants will be responsible for their travel to and from Saskatoon.


- A minimum of grade 12 or GED
- Minimum 5 years experience in process operation/training in a underground
mining environment
- Class 2 Waste Water Treatment, Water Treatment, and Water
Distribution is an asset
- Experience in bulk neutralization, leaching, counter current decantation,
crushing & grinding, ore receiving, reverse osmosis, yellowcake
precipitation, and yellowcake packaging circuits is an asset
- Familiar with the systematic approach to training (SAT) process and have
direct experience within a previous training capacity
- Proficient computer skills. competent with MS Teams, MS Powerpoint,
MS Word, MS Excel and familiar with Microsoft 365
- Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to
communicate with individuals at all levels of learning
- Experience using the ADDIE (Analysis Development Design Implement
Evaluate) training model is an asset
- Certificate in Adult Education is an asset


- Responsible for providing uranium mill and/or process training to ensure the
employees receive the knowledge and practical skills to be safe and
- Provide support for the site and ensure compliance to all regulatory and
positional requirements
- Ensure operators have the skill level to accommodate the site needs
- Ensure that training records are maintained and accurate
- Perform pre-knowledge assessments and training needs analysis by
assessing the skill level, performance, and competence of each learner
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the site
training material to ensure the content is relevant and supportive of the
Training Program
- Assists with ensuring production goals are achieved by working
collaboratively with the Operations department for proper scheduling of
training activities
- Perform all duties that are assigned
