Reconcile invoices to LEMs submitted for both sites. Created and submitted a Small Tools and Consumables list to be added to Service Agreements and vendor contracts to ensure fair pricing and transparency. Administer vendor performance job evaluations with the capital teem.
Element Project Services - Cameco Rabbit Lake
Administer all contracts for site. Creating change orders on an ongoing basis. Receive time & material LEMs and input them into the accrual format. Assist project manager in cost negotiations and preparing documents for approval.
Accrue works completed by contractors and report the KPIs. Prepare payment certificates and issue approvals to contractors.
Attend kick-off, close-out, and progress meetings.
Project Controls Assistant/Administrator

Ensuring project controls are effectively executed using appropriate PCSA practices, Project Controls Governance for Base Plant Projects and other approved Project Controls methods and practices. Ensure data integrity between the reporting tool, Oracle and Legacy Systems. Maintain access database of all time and materials time sheets for all contractors on site.
