Provided project management and organizational support to the Director Track & Structures and local track supervisors. Responsible for creating and estimating project proposals, executing capital projects, overseeing a $9.3 million maintenance budget, and tracking safety and inspection items as required.

Executed budgeted capital projects including scheduling crews, organizing Saskatchewan Highways permits, road closures and other contractors, tracking material through SAP and field inventory, and validating labour, materials and contractor costs were charged out appropriately. Conducted field investigations of track, subgrade, and roadway crossings and devised solutions to deficiencies that would comply with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.

Responsible for creating and implementing CP’s crossing assessment process and communicating the changes in regulatory requirements to various stakeholders.
